Dental Website Management Plan

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Terms”) governs your use of WebDizzer’s Dental Website Management Plan. By purchasing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.

1. Service Description

The WebDizzer Dental Website Management Plan is a managed service designed specifically for dental practices. It includes:

  • Ongoing website management, security updates, and performance optimization
  • 24/7 uptime monitoring and issue resolution
  • Unlimited minor to moderate updates and revisions (content changes, images, service pages, team bios, blog posts, etc.)
  • Creation and delivery of 3 custom social media banners per month (optimized for Instagram, Facebook, and X)
  • Technical support for website-related issues
  • HIPAA-aware handling and best practices for dental websites
  • Website backups and basic SEO maintenance

2. Pricing & Payment

  • The plan is offered at $79 per month (billed monthly).
  • Payment is processed securely through PayPal.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

3. Billing & Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees.
  • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of services until payment is received.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your plan at any time.
  • For monthly plans: Service continues until the end of the current paid month.
  • No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time, except under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. After 30 days, the standard cancellation policy applies.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your practice
  • Give us necessary access to your website backend (WordPress admin, hosting, etc.)
  • Respond to our communications in a timely manner for banner approvals or content reviews
  • Not request changes that violate laws, medical advertising regulations, or ethical dental guidelines
  • Maintain proper patient data privacy on your end (we are not responsible for patient data you collect)

7. What is Not Included

  • Major website redesigns or complete rebuilds (quoted separately)
  • Full social media posting, scheduling, or advertising management (banners only)
  • Creation of new website content (you provide text/images, or we can quote extra)
  • Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or paid marketing campaigns
  • Legal or medical compliance consulting

8. HIPAA & Data Protection

  • We follow industry best practices for handling dental websites and treat all client data with high confidentiality.
  • We are not a Covered Entity under HIPAA but take reasonable steps to support your compliance.
  • You remain responsible for ensuring your website forms, patient data handling, and overall practice operations meet HIPAA requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebDizzer’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the service in the last 6 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or patient opportunities.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

We provide the service “as is.” While we strive for 99.9% uptime and high-quality work, we do not guarantee that your website will never experience downtime, rank #1 on Google, or generate a specific number of new patients.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your service immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You fail to make payment
  • We reasonably believe continued service may cause legal risk

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your service immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You fail to make payment

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amritsar, Punjab.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
